ABOUT KAMINO
Kamino's mission is to create liquidity and utility for every asset. We want the world's best investments to be available through the financial platforms people already trust, and we want investors to be able to borrow against what they own when they need liquidity, instead of having to sell.
Today, the most valuable assets in the world are often the least useful to own. Trillions of dollars sit in private markets, behind high minimums and holding periods that can run for years. Tokenization is starting to move these assets onto shared, programmable infrastructure, but putting an asset onchain is only the first step. To be useful, it still needs distribution, compliance, servicing, credit and liquidity.
Kamino already runs the credit and liquidity engine at scale. It is the largest credit protocol on Solana and the largest credit platform for real-world assets onchain, with more than $650 billion in cumulative transaction volume and more than $20 billion in loans originated.
Now we are building the rest of that system for institutions. Kamino recently named Yieldstreet co-founder Michael Weisz as CEO and is building a new HQ in New York, alongside the asset managers and financial platforms that will shape this market. Almost none of that market exists yet, and we intend to build it.
Lead major product initiatives across Kamino's D2C financial experience and B2B infrastructure.
THE ROLE
These experiences depend on the same credit, liquidity, and risk systems. They also serve very different users. Kamino needs a senior product manager who can work across both, make sharp trade-offs, and help keep the direct and partner roadmaps aligned.
Kamino is hiring a Staff Product Manager to lead major product initiatives across our D2C financial experience and B2B/institutional infrastructure.
You will work across the product experience customers use directly through Kamino and the capabilities partners use to build and distribute their own products. Your scope includes customer journeys, market and vault infrastructure, partner integrations, and institutional workflows.
You will turn company strategy, customer needs, and technical constraints into clear product decisions. You will shape product priorities, define requirements, and stay with the work through design, development, release, and measurement.
You will work directly with Kamino's senior leadership on some of the company's hardest product work. Over time, you will help scale the product organization as Kamino's portfolio expands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Help shape a coherent roadmap across Kamino's D2C products and B2B/institutional platform.
- Turn company priorities into a clear sequence of product initiatives, each with a defined customer and expected outcome.

BUILD THE D2C FINANCIAL EXPERIENCE

- Improve navigation, speed, mobile behavior, and recovery when something fails.
- Work closely with Design, Product Marketing, and Product Data to improve activation, engagement, and retention through the product.
BUILD PRODUCTS FINANCIAL PARTNERS CAN DISTRIBUTE
- Work directly with financial platforms, asset managers, curators, and institutions to understand their users and operating requirements.

- Build tools that let sophisticated operators configure products, monitor performance, and understand risk.
PROTOTYPE AND TEST NEW PRODUCTS
- Build working prototypes for both D2C journeys and partner-facing workflows.
- Use AI tools to turn product concepts into interactive experiences quickly. Explore multiple approaches and expose weak assumptions while changes are still cheap.

LEAD PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT FROM IDEA TO RELEASE
- Write product briefs and specifications that define the problem, intended behavior, edge cases, and measures of success.
- Bring Design and Engineering into the work early. Work with Risk and Legal when product choices affect customer protection or regulatory requirements.
- Own release quality. Test the product, resolve gaps, and stay close to customer behavior after it ships.
MAKE EVIDENCE THE BASIS FOR PRODUCT DECISIONS
- Speak directly with customers and partners. Combine those conversations with product data to decide what should change.
- Define success before development begins and ensure the required instrumentation ships with the product.
- Review performance after release. Improve work that earns further investment and stop work that does not.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of product management experience, including senior ownership of complex financial products.
- Direct experience across both D2C financial products and B2B or platform products. You can show what you shipped and how customers used it on each side.
- A record of shipping D2C financial journeys with measurable gains in activation, engagement, or retention.
- Experience building platform capabilities, integrations, or operator tools used by businesses or financial institutions.
- Exceptional product craft and design judgment. You can show the journeys you improved, the details you challenged, and the customer behavior that changed.
- Experience shaping roadma
