ABOUT KAMINO
Kamino's mission is to create liquidity and utility for every asset. We want the world's best investments to be available through the financial platforms people already trust, and we want investors to be able to borrow against what they own when they need liquidity, instead of having to sell.
Today, the most valuable assets in the world are often the least useful to own. Trillions of dollars sit in private markets, behind high minimums and holding periods that can run for years. Tokenization is starting to move these assets onto shared, programmable infrastructure, but putting an asset onchain is only the first step. To be useful, it still needs distribution, compliance, servicing, credit and liquidity.
Kamino already runs the credit and liquidity engine at scale. It is the largest credit protocol on Solana and the largest credit platform for real-world assets onchain, with more than $650 billion in cumulative transaction volume and more than $20 billion in loans originated.
Now we are building the rest of that system for institutions. Kamino recently named Yieldstreet co-founder Michael Weisz as CEO and is building a new HQ in New York, alongside the asset managers and financial platforms that will shape this market. Almost none of that market exists yet, and we intend to build it.
Build Product Marketing. Own positioning, go-to-market, and growth.
THE ROLE
Kamino is now bringing this infrastructure to financial institutions. Asset managers can give their products new distribution and financing utility. Financial platforms can add credit and yield through their own customer experiences. This next stage brings a larger portfolio and new routes to market. Each product needs a clear position and a strong path to adoption while reinforcing one compelling Kamino story.
Kamino is hiring a Director of Product Marketing to build and lead the function from our New York office.
You will own how Kamino's products are positioned, brought to market, and grown after launch. Your remit spans products used directly through Kamino, institutional infrastructure, and experiences distributed through partners.
Institutional and partner-distributed products are the immediate priority. You will define why Kamino wins, lead product go-to-market, and work with Product and Design to improve the journeys that turn interest into active, retained use. Kamino's direct products remain central to the role.
You will report directly to Michael Weisz, Kamino's CEO, and serve as the senior Product Marketing partner to the leadership team. You will set the function's strategy, manage its budget, personally lead its highest-value work, and build the team required to scale it.
