Tribe Lead Trading & Custody (m/f/d)

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Product Manager with expertise in trading and custody. In this role, you'll translate product concepts into actionable user stories for our IT development teams, driving our product vision forward and ensuring seamless delivery of investment and trading products.

• Define target business objectives together with the Management
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Legal, Compliance, Sales, Operations, other Product Managers, and IT development teams) to gather requirements.
• Translate complex investment and trading concepts into clear, concise user stories that align with business objectives and user needs.
• Work with IT development teams to define acceptance criteria and ensure successful implementation of user stories.
• Manage the product backlog and provide insights to the team and decision-makers to prioritise the most relevant user stories.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and other agile ceremonies, contributing to prioritisation and planning of development tasks.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring effective communication and shared understanding of product requirements.
• Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in investment and trading, proposing innovative solutions.
• Champion the product vision, drive initiatives, and advocate for continuous improvement in processes and systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in the investment and trading domain.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, markets, and trading strategies.
• Experience writing clear, effective user stories and managing product backlogs.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in a tribe or squad structure.
