Talent Application — Join our Community

Looking to join a world-class blockchain development team? Ava Labs makes it simple to deploy high-performance solutions for Web3, led by innovations on Avalanche. The company was founded by Cornell computer scientists, who partnered with Wall Street veterans and early Web3 leaders to execute a promising vision for redefining the way people build permissionless networks. Ava Labs is redefining the way people create value with Web3. Join us as we empower people to easily and freely digitize all the world’s assets on one open, programmable blockchain platform.

Not every great candidate arrives when the perfect role is open, and not every great role is posted the moment you look. This is a standing invitation: Create your profile and submit your resume here to join our talent community. Upon receipt, our recruiting team will consider you for current openings and for roles as they open across the company. When there's a match between your background/experience and an opportunity - live or upcoming - a member of our talent team will reach out to contact you directly.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We hire across the full spectrum of experience, from entry-level to executive leadership, and across every function it takes to build and scale a Global Web3 company.

You may be a strong fit for our community if any of these describe you:

- Crypto-native builders who've shipped in Web3: Protocol Engineering, Smart Contracts, Wallets, Custody, DeFi, Tooling, or the infrastructure underneath it all

- Distributed systems engineering: Consensus, P2P networking, high-throughput and high-reliability systems, whether or not you've worked in blockchain before

- Experienced professionals from traditional industries: Engineering, Product, Finance, Law, Security, Marketing, Operations, and beyond who bring deep functional expertise and a real interest in the Web3 industry

- Crypto-curious talent: You're early in your Web3 journey but bring proven skills and the drive to learn fast in a technical, high-ownership environment

- Emerging talent: Early-career candidates with strong fundamentals, sharp curiosity, and evidence of projects you have built or contributed to

Whatever your background, we look for the same things: real skills you can demonstrate, ownership of your work end to end, low ego, and genuine belief in what open, programmable blockchain infrastructure can do.
