• Assess utility capacity, queue positions, and transmission and distribution expansion plans to inform site selection and prioritization.
• Support power-related diligence for both inbound and outbound opportunities in partnership with the Site Selection and Onsite Generation teams.
• Monitor regulatory proceedings, rate cases, and large-load tariff developments affecting CleanSpark's portfolio.
• Represent CleanSpark in utility planning discussions and industry forums.
• Additional duties as assigned.

This role requires professionalism, technical fluency, sound commercial judgment, and the ability to build durable utility relationships across a collaborative, fast-paced organization. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Energy, Economics, Business, or a related field preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, professional experience, and industry training will also be considered.

• Six to ten or more years of experience in utility relations, energy procurement, interconnection, or power markets.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout the United States. • Experience serving data center, mining, or other large flexible-load customers.
• Familiarity with organized wholesale markets (ERCOT, MISO, SPP, PJM) and transmission planning.
