As a BI Senior Manager, you will be the core leader of the company’s business intelligence team, responsible for formulating and implementing the company’s BI strategy and roadmap. You will lead the team to build and optimize the BI system, integrate data from digital currency trading, payment services, user behavior, risk control, and compliance, and provide accurate, timely, and actionable data insights for the company’s senior management, business departments, and compliance teams. This role requires deep understanding of the crypto and payment industry, strong data analysis capabilities, and excellent team management skills to align BI work with the company’s business development, risk control, and compliance goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. BI Strategy & System Construction
Formulate the company’s long-term and short-term BI strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan, combining the company’s business development goals, risk control requirements, and compliance needs.
Lead the construction, optimization, and iteration of the BI system, including data modeling, data integration, data visualization, and report development, to ensure the system’s stability, efficiency, and scalability.
Establish and improve BI work standards, data quality management systems, and report release mechanisms to ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and compliance of data and reports.
Track the latest BI technologies and industry trends, introduce advanced BI tools and methods, and promote the digital t Experience: 8+ years of BI-related work experience, including 3+ years of senior BI team management experience; preferred experience in fintech, digital currency, payment, or blockchain industries. Deep understanding of digital currency trading, payment business, and related data logic.
Professional Expertise:
Proficient in BI tools (such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker), data modeling, data visualization, and data analysis methods.
Familiar with data warehouse construction, ETL processes, and data quality management; able to independently lead the construction and optimization of BI systems.
Understanding of global regulatory requirements (FATF, MiCA, etc.) related to digital assets and payment, and experience in providing BI support for compliance and risk control.
Proficient in SQL, familiar with Python/R is preferred; able to conduct complex data analysis and model building.
Leadership & Management: Excellent leadership and team management capabilities, able to build and lead a high-performance BI team; strong cross-departmental coordination and resource integration capabilities.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong data sensitivity and analytical thinking, able to identify business problems from data and provide actionable solutions.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English, able to effectively communicate with senior management, business departments, and technical teams.
